While my life can be summed up as pretty much your classic “rags to riches” story, what I can tell you is that I was definitely not always an Internet millionaire…

I actually started my life out in Brooklyn, NY where I was raised by my Grandmother. We were poor and my parents weren’t around so like most other kids in the area, I took to the streets for a better life.

I became a ‘rebel’ of sorts; questioning authority whenever I had the opportunity, constantly getting kicked out of school and eventually dropping out of school completely.

When I was 18, I joined the United States Navy as a last-ditch effort to do something with my life. I served four years in the Navy and managed to earn my G.E.D. in the process. When my service contract came up for renewal, I knew that wasn’t what I wanted to do for the rest of my life so I decided to take a different path.

I decided real estate would be a good market to start a career in, so I pursued a career as a real estate agent and loan officer. I quickly discovered the importance of lead generation and created my own affiliate program (of sorts) that compensated other people and businesses who drove new clients and prospects interested in mortgage financing to my company.

What happened was truly amazing…

My lead generation business became such a success that I couldn’t even begin to manage processing all of the leads I was receiving each day so I started selling them to some other companies who could use them as well. This became an entire business of its own and gained so much volume and attention it was eventually purchased by Donald Trump, the real estate mogul of the century.

I went on to work for Donald for a short period of time as his E-Marketing Director but decided not to continue with the career. With a gloomy forecast of the real estate market just over the horizon, I knew I needed to make a change in my career choice quickly.

I started playing around with physical products, specifically Mini RC Helicopters. I ordered a few samples, built a good looking landing page with a few snapshots of the product I had taken and then sent some traffic to it via a few different traffic methods I had learned about to see what would happen. Well…

I started receiving orders… and they just kept rolling in!

This business I had created helped me realize the potential the Internet harnessed and I knew I could do a whole lot better.

Fast forward past the research and learning time; where I started learning anything and everything I could about marketing online, trying this, that and the other to produce results…

I found myself on MySpace, creating thousands of dummy accounts and promoting early-stage affiliate offers to members.

I quickly went from slinging toy helicopters and making a pretty good income to making over $50,000 a day promoting affiliate dating offers on this social network.

Life was good and I soon met my (now) business partner, Amish Shah. We combined our talents and built a multi-million dollar affiliate marketing business that left all others in the dust.

We also launched Digispace, a technology development business helping companies big and small develop software and proprietary infrastructures to help them streamline daily tasks and automate their business systems while we continued to make up to $100,000 sometimes in just a single day by continuing to work on our affiliate marketing business.

In 2008, we decided to share our affiliate marketing knowledge to the public when we held our first ever Magic Bullet Seminar. It sold-out almost immediately and the next year we created the Magic Bullet System, a web-based training for affiliate marketers that also came with lifetime access to our patented tracking technology platform commonly referred to as MB-X. We have since held one other seminar and will be holding our final Magic Bullet Seminar this coming June.

In 2010, our company Digispace, LLC was named the 60^th fastest growing advertising and marketing company in the United States. We were also awarded the 10^th fastest growing marketing company in San Diego, CA.

At the same time, we have now sold over 3,000 licenses to our software while bringing in over $9 million in revenue in the process.

What does this all mean exactly?

Well, it is essentially the story of a young Brooklyn kid who defied the odds of life and overcame unfortunate circumstances that at one time seemed impossible to overcome.

My point is…

I am NOT some spoon-fed Richie Rich who had everything handed to me. I built everything from the ground up and my fortune has been made from one thing and one thing only… hard work.

Whether or not you are rich or living in your mother’s basement, you CAN and WILL achieve greatness if you choose to strive for it.
